March 11, 2020 – The health and safety of PCSO’s personnel and patrons remains our top priority. As the situation with COVID-19 unfolds rapidly and unpredictably, we feel there is no justification for putting our audience and musicians at risk. We have therefore made the difficult decision to cancel the March 13-15 performances. As we monitor the situation, we are keeping the possibility of a reschedule open.

All ticketholders have been notified; questions may be directed to info@pcsymphony.org.

March 5, 2020 – Portland Columbia Symphony is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, musicians, and personnel. In advance of our March 13-15 concerts, we are monitoring the developments regarding COVID-19 closely. As of now, all activities are proceeding as scheduled.

Both FUMC and MHCC are taking additional precautions to curb the spread of viruses, with custodial crews conducting increased wipe-downs of high-touch surfaces, and extra hand-washing and/or sanitizing stations in place. Should the City of Portland or the CDC officially recommend that events be canceled, we will notify all ticket-holders by email in advance of the impacted concerts. We will also continue to post updates here.

If you’re feeling ill or at-risk, feel free to email our Box Office (info@pcsymphony.org), and we will happily exchange your tickets for our May concerts. In the meantime, wash your hands often, cover those coughs and sneezes, and stay well!
