After delighting audiences in The Soldier’s Tale, Robert McBride returns to the PCSO stage alongside Portland’s own Lisa Neher to recite the ticklingly clever, wonderfully rhythmic poetry of Dame Edith Sitwell, set brilliantly to music by a young William Walton.
Raised in the Portland area, Liberty Broillet attended Jefferson High School’s Arts Magnet program, was a member of the Portland Youth Philharmonic, and attended Portland State University studying music performance. In addition to playing principal flute in Portland Columbia Symphony, Liberty is principal flute in the Portland Festival Symphony and plays piccolo with both the Yakima and Newport symphonies. Liberty is a sought-after flute clinician and private flute teacher, and in her free time (haha) she enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two children.
