Frequently Asked Questions

The easiest way to buy tickets is right here on our website. Currently, tickets are available by subscription only. Single tickets go on sale in August.

You may also order over the phone. Call 503-234-4077 and leave a voicemail with your full name and phone number, and we’ll give you a call back as quickly as possible. Our Box Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 2 pm.

Tickets may be purchased at the door starting 90 minutes before curtain. Call ahead to confirm availability.

Choose from great seats, better seats, or best seats, at a price that works for you, using our Seat Map & Pricing page.

Once your order is complete, you can submit any special seating requests, including ADA seating, using the Contact Us form. Please communicate your needs as clearly as possible, and include contact information in case we need to follow up. Though we’re unable to guarantee that we can accommodate you, we’ll certainly do our best to get as close as possible!

Renewing 2019-2020 Season subscribers receive seating priority, with additional consideration given to their history with PCSO. Seats will be assigned to new subscribers once all renewing subscribers have been accommodated, and in the order that they are received.

Our partners at Mt. Hood Community College are working diligently while the campus is closed to determine how the recent Spring closure may impact demand and use of the Theatre. We are committed to presenting our Sunday series in East County, and as soon as we have confirmed our locations for these concerts we will contact you. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

If you purchased your subscription online, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your order that contains a special link to add on tickets to our PCSO 360 performance. Once you’ve added the tickets to your cart, log in. Our system will recognize you as a subscriber and automatically apply your 15% discount and waive your ticket fees.

To purchase extra tickets to any other Classical performance, or if you need assistance making an online purchase, send us an email, or leave a voicemail with the Box Office. We will call you back as soon as possible to assist you.

Subscription tickets and seating confirmations will be mailed in late July. At that time, subscribers will have an opportunity to make ticket exchanges before single tickets go on sale to the public.

Single tickets may be mailed to you or held under your name in Will Call. If you prefer Will Call, please choose that delivery method in the cart during checkout. Note that all tickets purchased within a week of the concert date will be held in Will Call.

Once tickets and seating confirmations are mailed in July, subscribers can make free and easy exchanges at any point in the season, and for any reason. Just give us a call to make the request before noon on the Thursday preceding the concert out of which you need to exchange.

Single ticket buyers can exchange their tickets for a nominal fee by calling the Box Office.

Guarantee the best deals by buying early and in bulk!
